Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a blender or food processor.

Pulse for about 3 minutes, stopping a few times to scrape with a spatula. The mixture should be smooth like a boxed brownie mix consistency. If it’s too dry add a little bit of water 1 tsp. at a time.
Pour into lightly greased (I use coconut oil) standard sized muffin pan.
Top with chocolate chips.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out almost clean. (They can get dry if over-baked.)
Let cool for about 10 minutes before removing brownies from pan.
