Oven Crispy Parmesan Chicken Tenders

- ¼ cup Butter
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Lawry’s seasoned salt
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup dried breadcrumbs preferably Italian
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- 2 chicken breasts boneless & skinless
Slice chicken breasts into bite size pieces & set aside.
Melt butter in the microwave. Use a bowl big enough to dip your chicken bites in.
Stir in mustard, salt and Worcestershire.
Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan & parsley in a separate bowl.
Dip chicken pieces in butter mixture then crumb mixture.
Place chicken in a 9x13 baking dish, leaving a little room between pieces to prevent them from sticking together.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until no pink remains when cut into.
